Justin Forsett. Like every other position, running backs have come and gone since coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Schneider arrived in January. But Forsett has been a constant because of his consistency, versatility and durability.
“He’s been rock solid,” Carroll said. “Every single day he’s here he does everything you could expect a guy to do. In the games, he’s been tough as hell. He has not given an inch at any time in any situation.
“He blocks, he catches, he runs. He does everything really well.”
Forsett is the only running back left from last season’s team, and he has been an island in a sea of change.
