Long snapper Adam Steiner claimed off waivers
The Seahawks have claimed long snapper Adam Steiner, who was waived by the Raiders on Monday.
The club also waived/injured cornerback Chandler Fenner, who was on the practice squad late last season.
The 6-foot-2, 240-pound Steiner, who played his college ball at Akron, was signed by the Raiders last month after the NFL Draft. His late father, Charles, spent a summer in the Bills training camp.
Steiner joins Clint Gresham, who has been the Seahawks snapper the past three seasons.
