Jackson to play today
ST. LOUIS – Despite a groin injury that has limited him – at best – in practice the past two weeks, Rams running back Steven Jackson is active for today’s game against the Seahawks at the Edward Jones Dome.
Jackson played against the Bears last week, but gained only 29 yards on 11 carries.
Inactive for the Rams:
QB Austin Davis
WR Steve Smith
RB Isaiah Pead
S Matthew Daniels
OT Rodger Saffold
DT Matthew Conrath
DT Jermelle Cudjo
With Saffold out, former Seahawk Wayne Hunter will start at left tackle and work against Chris Clemons, who has sacked Rams QB Sam Bradford 6.5 times in the past two seasons – including a three-sack, two forced-fumbles performance here last season.
