In a nutshell: 13-13, as the Seahawks used big plays from their special teams and defense to setup 10 points.
Player of the quarter: Leon Washington. At a point in the game where the Seahawks needed a big play, Washington delivered with an 83-yard kickoff return to setup Russell Wilson’s 10-yard TD pass to Sidney Rice.
Plays of the quarter: Washington’s punt return, which setup the Seahawks’ only touchdown in the first three quarters; and Richard Sherman’s interception of an ill-advised pass by John Skelton as he was being pressured by Chris Clemons that setup a 47-yard field goal by Steven Hauschka.
Number of the quarter: 3, again. This time because Washington, No. 33, broke the 83-yard kickoff return to setup the TD pass from Wilson, No. 3, to Rice; and also because the Cardinals scored three in the quarter.
