Seahawks: No Super Bowl bid

The Seahawks are not in the process of making a bid to host a future Super Bowl.

The team has issued a statement after KIRO-AM reported that the club and the Seattle Sports Commission has completed an application to host the Super Bowl.

“We are not presently pursuing a Super Bowl bid for the City of Seattle,” the Seahawks wrote on their official Twitter account.
