Quarter notes: Fourth
In a nutshell: A 34-yard TD pass from rookie QB Russell Wilson to running back Tyrell Sutton gave the Seahawks a 23-10 lead with 11 minutes left in the game and he then hooked up with rookie tight end Cooper Helfet on an 8-yard TD pass late in the quarter.
Player of the quarter: Wilson, again. He got the scoring drive heading in the right direction with a 22-yard completion to rookie tight end Sean McGrath. He also scrambled for an 8-yard gain before teaming up with the Sutton for the TD.
Play of the quarter: The short pass/long run that led to Sutton’s 34-yard score, pushing the Seahawks lead to 23-10.
