Training camp practices open to fans

The Seahawks’ players have returned to Virginia Mason Athletic Center. The 12th Man is not far behind.

For the third consecutive summer, the team’s training camp practices will be open to the public, but you must register to attend.

The 2010 NFC West Champions open training camp practices on Friday, and the afternoon session that day is the first of 15 which will be open to fans. The open practice begins at 4 p.m.

The others are:

Saturday, July 30, 1:30 p.m.

Sunday, July 31, 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Monday, Aug. 1, 1:30 p.m.

Tuesday, Aug. 2, 9 a.m.

Thursday, Aug. 4, 9 a.m.

Friday, Aug. 5, 1:30 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 6, 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Monday, Aug. 8, 1:30 p.m.

Tuesday, Aug. 9, 1:30 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 13, 1:30 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 14, 1:30 p.m.

Monday, Aug. 15, 1:30 p.m.

Fans will park at The Landing in Renton and be shuttled to VMAC, at a cost of $5 per fan. Food and Seahawks gear will be sold during each of the open training camp practices.
