Weather men
Conditions for Sunday night should be about as good as can be this time of year.
Forecasts are calling for clear skies, a high in the mid-40s and a low in the mid-30s on Sunday. And ever the positive-spinner, Coach Pete Carroll is turning the already nice weather into an even bigger advantage for the Seahawks.
Not only will the lack of rain be a boon, but the chilly temperatures should also benefit Seattle. The Rams play their home games in a dome and practice indoors, so the near-freezing weather will be a relatively unfamiliar experience for them.
“They play in 72 degrees every weekend,” Carroll said of the Rams. “Let’s use the weather as an advantage for us.”
