The Seahawks have their work cut out for them.
Their opponent on Sunday, the 11-2 Atlanta Falcons, is about as flawless as a team can be. They have given away just 13 turnovers in 13 games for a +11 turnover margin and have committed only 49 penalties and an average of 41 penalty yards per game.
Fortunately for Seattle, though, today’s “No Repeat Friday” practice acts as the perfect opportunity to hone and perfect the game plan so blunders can be minimized on Sunday.
“We’re going up against a team that does not make many mistakes,” Coach Pete Carroll said during this morning’s team meeting. “We’ve got to do a great job of executing, and today’s a huge day for that.”
