Virginia Mason Athletic Center isn’t a fun place to be this morning.
With Sunday’s 41-7 defeat still painfully fresh on their hearts and minds, the Seahawks get back to work and begin the move-on process with workouts and meetings today. A pall is hanging over team headquarters in the face of back-to-back humiliating losses that leave the Seahawks at 4-4 at the halfway point of the season.
Not all is lost, though. The Seahawks are still in first place in the NFC West, tied with the Rams at the top, and face a division opponent on Sunday when they travel to Arizona to play the Cardinals. The reclamation process starts today, as coaches have been analyzing film since before sunrise, weightlifting sessions have already begun and the team meeting is set for noon.
