Bouncing back

The theme of the day — and the week — is “short memory.”

As in, forgetting what is behind and striving toward what’s ahead, and the Seahawks have already started doing just that.

Players were in for weightlifting sessions starting at 8:30 a.m. this morning, and coaches have been in since well before dawn. The quicker all parties can address the issues in Sunday’s 33-3 loss in Oakland and the faster they can move forward toward the Giants game, the better off they’ll be.

Besides the morning workouts, the next step away from this loss and toward the next win is a team meeting at noon, followed by several hours of film review.
