During this morning’s team meeting to kick off the newest game week, Coach Pete Carroll offered a blunt assessment of the Seahawks’ matchup against the Bears this weekend.
“This is a very substantial challenge for us,” the head coach told his players before presenting a brief breakdown of the 4-1 Bears.
The Seahawks have their work cut out for them in facing a strong Chicago squad this Sunday at Soldier Field. And that work all starts today with meetings all morning, a walk-thru at 11:15 and a full-pads practice at 1:30 p.m.
“We need to get better this week,” Carroll said to his team. “Let’s get Competition Wednesday cranking so we can play how we want to play on Sunday.”
