The players are just about to take the field for the team’s first practice since last Wednesday, though the Seahawks have already broken the seal on their mid-season vacation.
Not only did they just have two hours’ worth of meetings, but the players also had weightlifting sessions in the weight room this morning. The 45-minute workouts got the players back in the groove of game week and kick-started Bears game prep.
“The guys came back excited to get to work,” head strength and conditioning coach Chris Carlisle said. “They had a spring in their step, and it was a very good day of workouts for us.”
