Balling out

The Seahawks will hit the field soon for their weekly “No Repeat Friday” practice, a roughly two-hour affair that will see the players put the finishing touches on the week’s heavy-duty preparation, including an increased segment of special teams work.

The emphasis of the day is speed and tempo as the game plan crystallizes and the team moves another step closer to game day, with just a walk-thru on Saturday remaining after today.

“It’s about getting right today,” Coach Pete Carroll told players during this morning’s team meeting. “We’ve got to clean everything up and finish this week off on a good note.”
