These aren’t your Rams of yesteryear.
After winning six combined games in the past three seasons, the Seahawks’ opponent on Sunday in St. Louis appears to be turning a corner. Fueled by top draft pick Sam Bradford and an infusion of young playmakers, the Rams dominated the Redskins en route to a 30-16 win on Sunday for their first victory of the season. That came on the heels of a pair of close season-opening losses by a combined six points.
The defense has also been remarkably consistent, allowing 17, 16 and 16 points in the first three games.
“This is a nice, solid football team,” Coach Pete Carroll said of the Rams.
