Body clock work
Body clocks will be in for it this weekend.
The Seahawks-Rams matchup is set to kick off on Sunday at noon in St. Louis — or 10 a.m. Seattle time. That means wake-up call will be around 6 a.m. Pacific time on game day, although Coach Pete Carroll is putting the time change and body-clock adjustment into perspective.
“You have been waking up at 6 a.m. all year for 7 a.m. workouts,” Carroll told his players during the team meeting this morning. “You’ve been doing this all season. We’re not going to let this be any issue on Sunday.”
