Hard at work

Meetings start at noon, though it won’t be the first order of business for the players today.

The Seahawks conducted brief upper- and lower-body workouts this morning in the weight room, working on flexibility, mobility and stability and regaining strength levels immediately following the game on Sunday.

“These workouts help alleviate built-up lactic acid from the game,” head strength and conditioning coach Chris Carlisle said. “And it also begins the process of the next game week.”
