The day ahead

Friday’s lining up to be a busy final day of preparation for the Seahawks.

The morning will include meetings and a walk-thru, the afternoon will include a flight to Minneapolis and the night will include final pregame meetings. Check out the schedule on the “day before” for the Seahawks:

7 a.m. • Breakfast
9 a.m. • Special teams meeting
9:30 a.m. • Team meeting
9:45 a.m. • Offense/defense meetings
10:30 a.m. • Walk-thru
12 p.m. • Depart VMAC for SeaTac Airport; fly to Minneapolis
6:30 p.m. (CDT) • Arrive at Minneapolis hotel
8:30 p.m. (CDT) • Evening meetings begin
9:45 p.m. (CDT) • Snack
10 p.m. (CDT) • Chapel/mass
12 a.m. (CDT) • Bed check
