The time has come.
Following Monday night’s meetings, the Seahawks have transitioned into their first game week of the fall as they prepare for the preseason opener at home against Tennessee on Saturday. Tuesday — another jam-packed day featuring a walk-thru, a practice and many meetings — will signal the true beginning of game prep for the Titans matchup this weekend.
Needless to say, the energy around VMAC is rising in accordance with the approach of the first game of the Pete Carroll era.
“Let’s get revved up and make it a great week,” Carroll told his assistants this afternoon. “Game week is here, boys.”
