Seahawks practices over the next three days will have a very official feel to them.

That’s because a crew of NFL officials will be on hand to work practices today, Friday and Saturday, along with giving an NFL rules seminar to the team on Friday night. It’s yet another layer in an attempt to make workouts mimic a game as closely as possible.
