Walk it out
Today lands between a pair of two-a-days, meaning the Seahawks are practicing just once today.
But that doesn’t mean they’re sitting around doing nothing all morning.
Following two-plus hours of meetings, the team will take the field at 11:15 for a 45-minute high-tempo walk-thru. It’s a session that the Seahawks will conduct on nearly all single-practice days and a workout that Coach Pete Carroll is oddly excited about — and for good reason.
“This is an enormous time for us,” Carroll said. “It’s very critical for our learning. It’s a chance to learn and install so the practice can be flying. The point is that we’re preparing to have one heck of an afternoon practice.”
