On the final day of the final minicamp of the offseason, Coach Pete Carroll is imploring his assistants to bring their energy at an all-time high rate for this morning’s meetings and practice.
“If we come out jacked, they have no choice but to get jacked up too,” Carroll told his staffers, referring to their players. “We need to have one more great day. Let’s have a really, really good final push.”
The Seahawks are embarking on that final push this morning, which will wrap up months of strength and conditioning workouts, three minicamps and 19 total practices. Following today, the players will have five weeks off before training camp opens at the end of July.
