Second to last one

The penultimate OTA of the offseason gets rolling this morning at Virginia Mason Athletic Center, with the coaches turning their focus to squeezing every ounce out of the remaining reps so they can get a full education on their players.

“It’s fourth quarter time — we’re running out of snaps,” Coach Pete Carroll told his assistants during a Monday afternoon staff meeting. “We’ve got to gather all the information we can on these guys. Let’s be cognizant of the reps we’re giving these guys over the next five practices.”

Today’s OTA features a similar schedule the Seahawks have seen for their previous nine OTAs. Here’s a look at the morning’s agenda:

8 a.m. • Special teams meeting
8:20 a.m. • Team meeting
8:30 a.m. • Offense/defense meeting
10:45 a.m. • Practice
