Believe it or not, the 2010 season is just around the corner.
Just five practices and a handful of workouts remain until the players receive five weeks off, which all leads into the start of training camp at the end of July. Then the first preseason game is just 15 days after that, and before you know it, the Seahawks will be running out of the Qwest Field tunnel to take on the San Francisco 49ers in the season opener on Sept. 12.
“We’re flying through this offseason,” a noticeably excited Coach Pete Carroll said. “The season’s almost upon us.”
