Check out the highlights from Tuesday’s practice on a sunny day at Virginia Mason Athletic Center:
- During full-team drills, tailback Justin Forsett snagged a deflected screen pass and then flashed his blazing speed as he sliced through the defense for a 60-yard touchdown. Coach Pete Carroll, visibly impressed, raised his arms to the sky to indicate the score.
- Wideout Mike Williams had several more big-time catches in the Seahawks’ first practice in nearly two weeks, with the most noteworthy one coming on a short pass to the left flat when he made the most out of his 6-5 frame to dominate the cornerback and haul in the ball.
- Tight end John Carlson had a touchdown reception over the middle during 7-on-7 period.
- Wideout Isaiah Stanback, in his first workout with the Seahawks, recorded a handful of catches during the practice.
