Roster turnover highest in league

The ongoing makeover of the Seahawks’ roster in the team’s first offseason under coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Schneider has been constant, as we examined in this story last month.

Now comes word, via former Seahawks beat writer and blogger extraordinaire Mike Sando, that they have had the greatest roster turnover in the league. The Seahawks have retained 66.1 percent of the players who were on their final roster last season. On the opposite end are the Minnesota Vikings, who have retained a league-high 94.4 percent of their players.

You can read Sando’s complete report here.
