It sure feels like home sweet home for Isaiah Stanback.
Maybe that’s because it is.
Stanback, who attended Seattle’s Garfield High before a standout career as quarterback at the University of Washington, has returned to the Pacific Northwest thanks to the Seahawks’ acquisition of the wideout on waivers from the New England Patriots last Tuesday. He arrived back in Seattle on Friday, participated in offseason workouts this morning and will compete in the team’s next OTA practice on Tuesday.
“It feels great to be back,” said the 6-2, 208-pound Stanback, who will wear No. 14 for the Seahawks. “It’s almost too good to be true.”
