Dream big

Coach Carroll reached into his bag of motivational tools and pulled out one of his all-time favorites this morning.

During today’s pre-practice team meeting, Carroll showed an ESPN highlight video that splices together sports’ greatest moments to the tune of Aerosmith’s “Dream On” song. It’s a video Carroll has shown occasionally over the years to his teams. Watch the goose bump-inducing reel for yourself.
