One of the busiest weeks of the offseason rumbles on today with strength and conditioning workouts at VMAC, which are sandwiched between OTAs on Monday and Wednesday. The Seahawks will also conduct an OTA on Thursday before breaking for 10 days starting on Friday.
Coach Pete Carroll calls the respite, the first significant time off for the players since early March, “absolutely well-deserved,” though he’s calling on his team to make the most of this week without looking ahead to their vacation next week.
“We’ve got to finish this week off right,” Carroll told his players on Monday. “We’ve got to make every day count.”
