Always striving for improvement

The offseason strength and conditioning program continues to roll along.

The Seahawks have entered the eighth week of the 14-week offseason workout regimen, with players putting in strength and conditioning sessions yesterday, taking today off and finishing out the week with running and weightlifting circuits on Thursday and Friday. Though today is officially a day off, several players have come in to get in a voluntary workout in the weight room.
