Pete Carroll can hardly contain himself.
As the Seahawks inch closer to their first practice of this initial full-team minicamp, the head coach is beaming with anticipation.
“This is a really, really exciting time for us,” Carroll said. “The new guys are mixing in and it’s the first time the whole team has come together. We get to see our approach and method carried out and advanced. Through this process, we’re able to begin to visualize what we can become, and we couldn’t be more pumped.”
Carroll said he was especially eager to see the rookies — both drafted players and free agents — compete and contribute to the team.
“There are so many guys to watch,” Carroll said. “Three days won’t be enough.”
