Seahawks trade pick, acquire White

Waiting for the Seahawks’ first pick in the fourth round? Don’t, they just traded it to the Tennessee Titans.

The Seahawks get running back LenDale White, who played for coach Pete Carroll at USC; defensive tackle Kevin Vickerson; and the Titans’ picks in the fourth (No. 111 overall) and sixth (185) rounds. The Titans get the Seahawks’ picks in the fourth (104) and sixth (176) rounds.

The 235-pound White provides the more physical style Carroll has been looking to add to the mix at running back. The Titans’ second-round pick in 2006, White rushed for 1,110 yards in 2007 and scored 15 touchdowns in 2008.
