Steady incline

The Seahawks plan to get better tonight through the draft, but they were also getting better this morning during workouts.

Under the guidance of head strength coach Chris Carlisle and his staff, players conducted high-intensity strength and conditioning sessions in the VMAC’s indoor practice facility, weight room and outside training hill this morning as they churned toward the end of their sixth week of the offseason program.


Cornerback Roy Lewis and his fellow Seahawks sprint up a 20-yard-long hill at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center as part of this morning’s workouts.
