After taking a three-day weekend following last week’s minicamp, the Seahawks have returned to Virginia Mason Athletic Center this morning to get down to business.
After all, the team’s next minicamp is just 11 days away.
Under the direction of head strength and conditioning coach Chris Carlisle and his staff, the players are going through high-speed movement-based workouts this morning in the weight room.
“We’re right back to work preparing for our next minicamp,” Carlisle said. “The guys now have a greater understanding for our reasons for such a high tempo because they saw it in practice last week.”
