Programming note

Heading indoors

Even on a beautiful day in the Seattle area, the below-freezing overnight temps have made the field unplayable and have forced the Seahawks to move inside for practice this afternoon.

Frozen in time

As the sun rises on a below-freezing morning at Virginia Mason Athletic Center, the outdoor practice fields are frosted over, which might force the Seahawks to conduct their “Turnover Thursday” practice indoors today. Temperatures are in the high-20s now and are expected to climb into the mid-30s for the noontime workout.

Filling the role

There was a noticeable difference in Charlie Whitehurst’s demeanor on Wednesday, which bodes well for the Seahawks on Sunday. Read all about it in Clare Farnsworth’s latest feature on Seahawks.com.
