Getting physical
The training camp process has begun at Virginia Mason Athletic Center. Players are going through physicals all day with team doctors and trainers, churning through medical, orthopedic, movement and flexibility tests, along with recording the basic height and weight numbers. All in all, the important, annual procedure takes about 30 minutes to complete.
